New Little Pal
Last week, I bought a new little hamster, he is so sweet, he is called Eddie. I have had hamsters on and off all through my life. My question is, how come little Eddie can run round his little wheel for hours, and still look calm and collected, and I am huffing and puffing and full of sweat after half an hour on my trampet?
Lonely feeling here.
I actually feel like I am all alone on buzznet tonight. I've gone from being able to see my friends latest posts, and seeing their comments on any of my pictures and the picture they are commenting on, to, not really knowing what they are talking about, because all I get when pressing the comments icon, is a load of comments that does not seem to relate to anything.
The look of the site is ok, and some of the features maybe quite good. But, it's things like, when you press the comments button, you used to get a small thumbnail and the comments relating to that picture, now you don't get that, so makes things difficult. It's little things like that, the sidebar needs to return to the site.
I feel like screaming tonight, because I can't find my friends posts to comment on. Very much irritated by all this.
Getting carried away, (not literally).
I had great hopes for this morning, and all the jobs planned. I try not to go on the computer first thing in the morning, if I can avoid it, because I get too carried away. I had to print something off for my son, and one and a half hours later, I thought I had better sign off from Buzznet and go and do the housework, clean the rats and the birds out, and have a shower.
There is absolutely no hope for me!
So, at 10.04am, British Summer Time, I sign out.
People Pictures.
I was looking at Ranata's 'Character' picture, and Kassady's too, I love both of their pictures, and just wondered what everyone's view on taking pictures of the general public was. I have always shyed away from doing this, only because of feeling a bit awkward about doing so too but I would really love to . I have taken pictures of general street scenes around London,

and I did take one in my home town too, both of which I have posted on Buzznet before.

I was watching Road Wars the other evening, and one of the people stopped by the police complained about the cameras, and the police said that the camera man was intitled to film, because it was a public place.
Is there any type of rule about taking pictures of the general public, close up or distant, that I should watch out for.
Am I mad.
What on earth am I doing. I woke up this morning, tested my blood sugars, did my insulin, got my breakfast and went back to bed to eat it, and thought I would have a look around Buzznet on my laptop, before I got actually got up and had a shower. Well, an hour later, I am still here. How bad is that. Do I feel bad, not really.
Happy New Year
I'd like to wish all my friends and everyone on Buzznet a great New Year. I wish you all good things, and I hope the new year brings you all good health and happiness.
I spent the week after Christmas with my sister, shopping, and just spending some quality time together. Then came home New Years Eve to the inevitable pile of washing, and the usual housework.
Now that the new year has started, I'm looking forward to Spring, and all the new life in the garden and the countryside around us. Spring, I think, is the best time of year, it's full of life and new beginnings.
Bye for now,
Sue.
All girls.
A quick observation. My three rats are doing some mighty peculiar things this evening, and they are meant to be all girls. I hope they are all girls, otherwise, Ooops.
A whole week this time.
Busy days.
Graveyards and old haunts.
Hi everyone, I am back home again, after visiting my sister again. We had a great few days, although the weather was not very good, apart from one day that was quite hot and sunny.
The first place we visited over the weekend, was the old part of the cemetery in gosport. It was a very quiet, serene place and really very beautiful, (unusual description for a graveyard).
The other place we visited this weekend, was the place that was our old haunts when we were young, I was about 8 at the time. We used to wak for miles in this wooded area, some of it has changed, but some of it very familiar. There is a song by the Beatles, that just fits this place, called "There Are Places I Remember".
